Public terms and program pages were rechecked on September 4, 2026. “Adult-site exception” and “adult ad-network traffic approval” are not interchangeable. iGaming rules can change at the program, operator, brand, offer, GEO and traffic-source level, so confirm the live campaign terms before launch.

What does the adult-source evidence actually prove?

For this page, we distinguish the type and scope of evidence instead of using one broad “adult-friendly” label:

• Adult network explicitly named in official iGaming material. 3SNET's Japan guide lists Adult Networks among traffic sources in the same iGaming context as its Japan offers. This is useful public evidence, but it is not a blanket contractual approval for every advertiser or offer.
• Adult content on an Affiliate Site allowed with prior written consent. The agreement prohibits adult or pornographic content by default and then provides a written exception. This supports operating an approved adult affiliate property; it does not automatically prove that every paid adult-network campaign or redirect chain is approved.
• Not publicly confirmed. We found no explicit adult-source permission. A program does not enter the shortlist merely because the word “adult” is missing from a prohibited-traffic list.
• Prohibited. The public rules prohibit adult/porn affiliate sites or related traffic without a usable exception.

The practical lesson is simple: “my affiliate account was approved,” “my porn site was approved,” and “this paid adult traffic source is approved for this casino campaign” can be three different permissions.

Which option fits which situation?

• You want the clearest public adult-network mention: start by checking 3SNET offers, because its Japan material explicitly lists Adult Networks. Still confirm the exact offer, source and GEO with your manager.
• You run your own adult/porn affiliate site: GambleOn, BroPartners, 247Partners, PartnersClub and RealSpinPartners publish a prior-written-consent route for otherwise excluded adult content on Affiliate Sites; Wildsino provides the same type of evidence at brand level.
• You want no standard negative carryover: GambleOn and BroPartners are relatively straightforward on this point. 247Partners also states NNCO, but its public payout documents conflict.
• You are running a small test: payout thresholds matter. A €500 threshold can delay the first cash-out if volume is low; BroPartners publishes a €100 threshold, while Moon's brand-level and general documents need to be read separately.
• You need a specific country: check the player GEO separately from your own affiliate eligibility. A program can accept your company or site while rejecting players from the country you want to target.

3SNET — most explicit public adult-network mention, not blanket offer approval

3SNET is a CPA network and offer aggregator with a large iGaming focus. Its official Japan GEO guide describes betting and online casino as the main iGaming vertical, names BetWinner, Stake and 1xBet among offers, lists CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, and includes Adult Networks among suggested traffic sources.

That is unusually explicit public evidence for this topic, but it is a GEO/media-buying guide rather than a blanket traffic clause covering every advertiser. Treat it as a strong discovery signal and verify the actual offer before launch.

Best use: find the offer first, then ask the manager to confirm your adult source, player GEO, creative format and payable action in writing. Do not infer permission from the network name alone.

GambleOn — written adult-site exception, multiple commission models and NNCO

GambleOn offers CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Sub-Affiliate arrangements. Its current FAQ says the default RevShare starts from 35%, uses CellXpert and provides API integrations for advanced partners.

Adult-site evidence: Section 5.8 of the Affiliate Agreement treats hard/soft adult, pornographic and sexually explicit content on Affiliate Sites as excluded by default, then explicitly allows such content when GambleOn gives prior written consent in an IO or by email. The consent is limited to the approved scope and can be withdrawn.

Payments: the current Terms set a €300 minimum threshold and state no negative carryover for standard RevShare/Hybrid accounting. The payment clause currently contains an internal wording inconsistency (“twenty (30) days”), so confirm invoice timing rather than interpreting that typo yourself.

Best use: publishers who can get their actual adult property and promoted brand approved in writing, especially when NNCO matters. If you are buying adult-network traffic rather than promoting from your own approved Affiliate Site, get that source approved separately.

BroPartners — written adult-site approval, €100 threshold and no negative carryover

BroPartners is a multi-brand casino affiliate program advertising CPA, Hybrid and RevShare up to 60%.

Adult-site evidence: Section 5.8 of the official Terms prohibits hard/soft adult, pornographic and sexually explicit content on Affiliate Sites by default but expressly allows it after prior written consent by email, Skype or IO.

Payments: the Terms publish a €100 threshold, monthly invoicing and settlement of an undisputed invoice within 20 days. They also state a No Negative Carry Over policy for RevShare and the RevShare component of Hybrid deals, subject to fraud/breach exceptions.

Best use: smaller-volume publisher tests where a lower published threshold and NNCO are useful, assuming your adult site, operator/brand and target GEO are approved. Paid adult-network traffic should be confirmed separately if that is your source.

247Partners — adult-site exception, but public payout documents conflict

247Partners is an iGaming affiliate program advertising RevShare of 25–45%, CPA and Hybrid arrangements.

Adult-site evidence: Section 5.8 of its Terms follows the same structure: adult/porn/sexually explicit content on Affiliate Sites is excluded unless the company provides prior written consent.

Important document conflict: the Terms currently say balances below €100 roll forward and undisputed invoices are settled within 20 days. The FAQ, however, says NET30 and states there is no minimum active-player requirement or minimum balance to withdraw. Both public pages also state no negative carryover by default.

Best use: the adult-site exception is clear enough for the shortlist, but get the approved property/source plus payout threshold and timing written into your account terms before committing meaningful spend.

Moon Partners / Wildsino — read the brand agreement, not only the network FAQ

Moon Partners operates multiple iGaming brands and offers RevShare, CPA/CPL, Hybrid and Sub-Affiliate arrangements according to its general FAQ.

Adult-site evidence: the published Wildsino Affiliate Program Agreement prohibits adult/porn/sexually explicit content on Affiliate Sites by default but allows it with prior written consent by email, Skype or IO. This evidence is specific to Wildsino; it should not be copied to every Moon brand without confirmation.

Why the documents need care: the Wildsino Agreement publishes a €100 payout threshold. The general Moon FAQ currently says €50 for most payment methods, €1,000 for bank transfer and at least 10 first-time depositors before the first payout. The FAQ also describes an adverse-balance write-off rule that does not read like the Wildsino document.

Best use: affiliates willing to negotiate at brand level and keep the exact approved site/source, brand agreement or IO as the source of truth.

PartnersClub — written adult-site exception, €500 threshold and negative carryover

PartnersClub is an iGaming affiliate program whose Agreement provides for CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid commission structures.

Adult-site evidence: Section 5.8 of the Terms excludes adult/porn/sexually explicit Affiliate Site content unless PartnersClub provides prior written consent.

Payments and risk: the standard threshold is €500. The Terms apply Negative Carry Over to RevShare and the RevShare component of Hybrid arrangements, meaning a negative month can reduce future commission.

Best use: higher-volume publishers who are comfortable with a larger threshold and have evaluated the NGR and carryover economics, not just the headline commission. Confirm a separate paid traffic source if you are not sending visitors from the approved Affiliate Site itself.

RealSpinPartners — written adult-site exception with carryover and high-roller rules

RealSpinPartners advertises CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid plans for RealSpin.

Adult-site evidence: its public Terms prohibit adult/porn/sexually explicit content on Affiliate Sites by default and expressly permit it after prior written consent by email, Skype or IO.

Payments and risk: the Terms publish a €500 minimum threshold and Negative Carry Over. They also contain a separate high-roller policy under which qualifying large negative player results can be carried forward against future net win from that player.

Best use: affiliates who can model RevShare volatility and are prepared to review both the general carryover clause and the high-roller treatment before launch. Paid adult-network traffic still needs its own source approval if it is outside the approved Affiliate Site scope.

Why some famous casino affiliate programs are not in the shortlist

This is deliberately not a popularity ranking of iGaming affiliate programs. A large operator, high advertised commission or well-known affiliate brand does not solve the core question: what exactly is the program willing to approve?

During the underlying market review, several well-known programs had public wording that prohibited adult websites or pornographic material without a sufficiently clear exception for this page. Others accepted many marketing channels but did not publish an adult-specific rule.

That distinction also applies to affiliate networks. A network may carry an offer from a famous casino while the advertiser's source policy remains offer-specific. For example, 3SNET is included because an official GEO page explicitly names Adult Networks in an iGaming context; that does not turn those operator brands into universally adult-friendly affiliate programs outside that context.

What to get approved before sending adult traffic

Ask one specific question instead of “Do you accept adult traffic?” A useful written approval should identify the campaign parameters that determine whether the traffic is compliant and payable.

• your adult domain, app or exact paid traffic source;
• whether approval covers an adult Affiliate Site, an adult ad network, or both;
• the ad format: banner, pop/popunder, native, push, email or another format;
• the casino/sportsbook brand or offer ID;
• the player GEO;
• landing page, pre-lander and creative examples when applicable;
• CPA qualification requirements or the RevShare/NGR formula;
• whether negative balances carry over and whether a high-roller clause applies;
• payout threshold, schedule, currency, KYC and available payment methods;
• SubID/click-ID parameters and S2S postback support;
• how long the approval remains valid and whether it can be withdrawn.

Example approval request: “We plan to send traffic from [adult domain/ad network], using [format], targeting players in [GEO] to [brand/offer]. Please confirm in writing that this exact source and creative format are approved, which commission terms apply, and whether S2S postback is available.”

CPA, RevShare or Hybrid for adult traffic?

There is no universally best commission model. The useful question is which model matches the quality and lifetime value of the players your approved source actually produces.

• CPA: a fixed payment after the referred player meets the qualification rules. Check the minimum deposit, wagering requirement, excluded traffic and validation window.
• RevShare: a percentage of net gaming revenue. The percentage alone is not enough; inspect the NGR formula, deductible costs, negative carryover and high-roller rules.
• Hybrid: combines an upfront CPA component with ongoing RevShare. The split is often negotiated and can be useful when you want some short-term cash flow without giving up all long-term player value.

For a new source, measure accepted deposits, qualification rate, chargebacks/reversals and confirmed commission before scaling. A nominal 50% RevShare can be worse than a lower rate if the underlying NGR deductions or carryover rules are unfavorable.

How we selected the programs

For changing commercial and traffic rules, we prioritize official Affiliate Agreements and Terms, then official FAQs, commission pages and GEO/offer documentation. When two official pages conflict, the conflict is shown instead of choosing the more attractive number.

A program enters the core shortlist only when an official source either explicitly names an adult traffic source in an iGaming context or provides a concrete prior-written-consent exception for adult/porn content on Affiliate Sites. We label those two evidence types separately because they do not prove the same thing. Silence is not permission.

This is not a profitability ranking. We do not claim that the first program will produce the highest EPC, FTD rate or ROI. Your result will depend on the source, GEO, placement, brand, funnel, commercial deal and actual player behavior.

FAQ

Can I put a casino affiliate link on a porn site?

Only when the relevant affiliate program and promoted brand allow that adult property. If the Terms require prior written consent, obtain it before placing links and make sure the approval covers your domain, promoted brand or offer, player GEO and format.

Does approval for an adult affiliate site also cover paid adult-network traffic?

Not automatically. A clause allowing adult content on your Affiliate Site can be narrower than permission to buy pop, push, native or other traffic from a third-party adult ad network. If you plan to buy traffic, name the exact network and format in your approval request.

Does “adult-friendly” mean every casino offer in the program is allowed?

No. Network-level acceptance, brand-level acceptance, Affiliate Site approval and offer-level traffic acceptance are different. 3SNET is a good example: its public Japan material lists Adult Networks in an iGaming context, but that does not authorize every advertiser in the network.

Why are there only seven programs?

The general casino-affiliate market is much larger than the group with sufficiently clear public evidence for this adult-source use case. We prefer a smaller verified shortlist to adding famous programs whose adult policy is ambiguous.

What counts as good written approval?

Ideally, an email, IO or account note that identifies your adult domain or paid traffic source, promoted brand or offer, player GEO and traffic format. A generic “yes, adult is fine” answer leaves more room for disputes if the campaign changes.

Is CPA safer than RevShare for a first test?

CPA is usually easier to evaluate over a short test because the payable event is defined up front. RevShare can have more long-term upside, but you need enough time and data to understand player value, NGR deductions and carryover rules.

What is negative carryover?

If your RevShare balance is negative, a negative-carryover policy can move that loss into a later month and reduce future commission. No Negative Carry Over (NNCO) usually resets a standard negative month to zero, although fraud, breach or special high-roller rules can still create exceptions.

Can I target any country once my adult source is approved?

No. Player GEO is a separate restriction, and program approval is separate from legal advertising permission. Get the target country approved for the specific brand or offer and check applicable gambling-advertising rules before launch.
